This is another sequel post! Here's the link to Part 1.
Spoiler free thoughts first: The laugh out loud lines as well as the quotable quotes continued all the way to the end. Terry Pratchett is one of the best at writing funny philosophy, and probably the best at personifying Death, so no surprises there! The story ended nicely with some emotional moments.

The second plot - the fallout of Death's dismissal starring an undead Windle Poons - had been my favorite part for about the first two thirds of the book. The last act had Windle Poons and other characters fighting off a mall which was trying to make itself a reality near the city of Ankh Morpork. The vibes were fine, but it did feel particularly dated, seeing as how malls today feel like they're already becoming a part of the past.
On the flip side, the plot with Death as Bill Door reached its peak at the end! Miss Flitworth's last moments, and Death trying to make them all special, were just wonderful. The theme of Death's loneliness bubbled up to the top as the book reached its final few pages. Him letting the Death of Rats stay was a great way to end the story!
